Evacuation Strategies

Every workplace should have a fire evacuation strategy or plan in place to ensure if there was a fire, everyone within the building would be supported / instructed to evacuate to safer locations. Every employee must be aware of the strategy and have a good understanding of what actions need to be taken in a fire situation.

This training covers all the most common types of evacuation strategies you will find within a workplace and is geared towards any employee who plays a role within fire evacuation.

Evacuation strategies covered include Full Simultaneous Evacuation, Stay Put (Defend in place), Progressive Horizontal Evacuation, Delayed Evacuation and Phased Evacuation.
